How to Log: Volunteer/ Service Hours

You can now track your own volunteer time through the FAMILY PORTAL through a few easy steps:

1- Log onto your FACTS family portal at factsmgt.com. (District Code SN-ID)

2- Click on the “Family” icon on the left side panel.

3- Click “Family Home” and a new screen will load.



4- There will be your credentials on the left, and on the right hand side of the box will be the area to add “Service Hours” Click the “Add+” and select the appropriate volunteer time. *If the description for the specific event/ volunteer time is not listed, describe it in the notes.

*All hours MUST be turned in by the last day of school to receive credit for your required Volunteer Hours.
