Volunteer Hours

Volunteering is a way to be involved in the school and helps defer the cost of hiring additional staff. The time and talents donated by parent volunteers make a significant contribution to our school’s high quality of education.

• Each family is required to purchase/sell one $75 Fall Auction and Gala packet and one $75 Basque Dinner Packet
• Each family must donate fifteen (15) hours of service each school year.
• Volunteers must complete a Safe Environment Workshop Training and fill out a background check Virtus.org.

Families have the option to “buy out” their volunteer responsibility at $20 per hour.

• You must log all volunteer hours in your FACTS Family Portal by the last day of school to get credit.
• The non-completed volunteer hours will be billed to your FACTS Family Portal.

* Purchasing door/dinner tickets or raffle tickets for the Fall Auction and Gala or the Basque Dinner may not be used as volunteer hours.

* Jog-A-Long pledges may not be used as volunteer hours.

* It is the parent’s responsibility to log their hours onto the Facts Family Portal.
